Using a Custom Domain

Using a Custom Domain

Although you can use the default mailwink URL to access your emails online, you may want your users / employees to access your emails under your own custom URL like mail.yourcompany.com. In that case, you can point your custom webmail URL at mail.yourcompany.com to the mailwink domain app.mailwink.com.

Just make sure you have created a CNAME record in your DNS zone file to point your custom URL to the mailwink webmail domain.

Please note that it may take up to 24 - 72 Hours for the domain names to propagate. We request you to kindly wait for this time before raising a ticket regarding Custom Domains.
